Pinsapo Gold SA was established in Burkina Faso as a fully owned subsidiary of the
Pinsapo Group in February 2010.
Currently, Pinsapo Gold owns three permits in Burkina Faso:

Production at Sassa-1 started in the 1st quarter of 2012. The operation is focused on heap
leaching of the gold-bearing tailings that had accumulated at the site over three decades
of artisanal mining. The artisanals had mined the Bouda gold deposit, which is hosted in
a NE-SW-striking shear zone.
Exploration drilling program at the Tibou permit, which includes almost 3 km of strike
length of the Bouda zone, has been completed, resulting in a JORC-compliant resource estimate (the report is available upon request).
Presentation.
Acquisitions of several other gold-bearing properties in Burkina Faso are being discussed
as we speak. We keep searching for additional mineral properties, primarily prospective
for gold, in Burkina Faso and in neighboring countries. Property owners are welcome to
contact us. Our co-operation conditions are reasonable and flexible. Chances are that we
will find a common ground for mutually profitable partnership.
Pinsapo Gold is a dynamic, well funded mining entity that draws from considerable
funds of its parent company, as well as from skills and experience of its personnel. Our
approach combines cutting-edge geo-technology with deep understanding of local mining
tradition. This approach enables us to turn apparently sub-economic properties into
highly profitable projects.
